In late November 2024, the World Council For Health Australia (WCH) sent Prime Minister Albanese a letter requesting he address Notices of Liability on WHO Key Personnel. These Notices were served on key World Health Organization (WHO) personnel in May 2024 just before the 77th World Health Assembly. They related to concerns with respect to the WHO’s management, advice, information and recommendations as they pertained to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The letter also requested an update on the 44 WHO Collaborating Centres and 25 Global Outbreak Alert Response Networks within Australia which include AHPRA, Therapeutic Goods Administration, SA Health, NSW Ministry of Health, VicHealth, Doherty Institute and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.
Australian WHO Collaborating Centres – ‘WHOCCs are institutions (or subunits thereof) that have been designated by the Director-General to support the WHO as part of a global network.’
Plus, the letter asked the Prime Minister to explain what information from the Australian people is being shared with the WHO, how Collaborating Centres are funded, and what checks and balances have been in place, and so on.

The World Council for Health is awaiting a response from the Prime Minister.
Throughout the final report from the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 Response Inquiry, released in late October 2024, it continually refers to the Australian Government agencies’ actions being in alignment with the WHO recommendations.
So, unless Australia exits the WHO, we will continue to follow their directions. This is why it is so important that Australia reject the International Health Regulations (IHRs) before the 19th of July 2025. If not, they will come into force on 19th September 2025.
Australia must also reject the proposed Pandemic Treaty. The Treaty empowers the Director of the WHO to declare a pandemic, even with no evidence of an actual emergency. This leads to the activation of emergency laws in Australia that grant extraordinary power to health bureaucrats at the expense of normal democratic processes.
Find out how the IHR’s and Pandemic Treaty affect Australians.
Every bit of action you take will make a difference. We need to educate our politicians, our bureaucrats and our community.
Effectively, the Prime Minister is on notice to address key concerns over the influence of the WHO on Australia and Australians. The Prime Minister would do well to take note of the information contained in the recently released US report After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward and the recent landmark win by Dr William Bay in his court case against AHPRA, the Medical Board of Australia and the State of Queensland. And what about the report from the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 Response Inquiry?
Released late October 2024, the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 Response Inquiry, with very limited terms of reference, may not be much help to the Prime Minister as he responds to the World Council for Health Urgent Letter – that’s if he responds at all.
‘The purpose of the inquiry is to identify lessons learned to improve Australia’s preparedness for future pandemics.’ Its purpose was to consider system changes in areas of Commonwealth Government responsibility only.
Remember the areas not in scope for the Inquiry? They were:
The Inquiry reported on the following issues:
Does the Report contain misinformation, disinformation or does it just obscure some of the facts?
The first sentence in the Forward of the Report is: ‘Pandemics are predicted to occur on average every 20 years – and the likelihood of us seeing another significant event is growing.’ This is based on evidence from an academic paper which was subsequently corrected and updated in 2023. The way the information is presented in the papers is both confusing and misleading, much like the government’s misinformation throughout the ‘Pandemic’. Perhaps it’s time our academics and scientists learn to write in plain English so that all of us can understand ‘the science’.
The Report also only covered the timeline for key actions undertaken by the Government up to September 2022. Therefore, it can’t take into account the information that has come out since then exposing the COVID-19 misinformation and lies. It also doesn’t take into account the findings of the US report ‘After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward’ whose findings are outlined below.
On 2 December 2024, the US Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic issued their final report after a 2-year investigation. The 550+ page final report on lessons learned and the path forward. The information in this report is damming, but will anyone be held accountable?
The report After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward should be sent to the Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition, all Australian politicians, the Health Minister, the TGA, Australian CDC, AHPRA, ATAGI, OGTR, and ACSQHC and ask them for their comment on the findings.
This ‘pandemic’ mismanagement must not happen again. EVER. We MUST EXIT THE WHO.
Some of the findings listed in the Press Release include:

We must demand answers from our Governments (Commonwealth, State and Local) and keep them accountable every step of the way. There is a federal election coming in 2025; so make sure you vote for candidates that will deliver positive outcomes for Australia. It’s never too late to understand politics and how the political system works. If you don’t understand it, you can’t influence change.
